Intermediate Photography Workshop
This workshop is aimed to provide training to interested individuals who would like to learn more than the basic techniques and knowledge covered in the initial course. This will be a small group learning of not more than 8 people with 6 hours of interaction and will be catered to the top 3 requests of each learner. The aim of this session is to leave equipped with the necessary knowledge to practice and sharpen your skills as a photographer in the specific genre that you are interested in.

Day: Sunday
Date: TBC
Time: 10am - 5pm end inclusive of 1 hour lunch
Duration: 6 hours ( 3hours > 1hr lunch > 3 hours)
This course will NOT touch on basics like how shutter speed, aperture and ISO works. All learners will have to be confident in those aspects.
The content of the workshop is flexible. It will vary and depend on the top 3 topics of each learner and I will curate a suitable skills to be covered in order to help all 8 learners get the most of their time.
Some example of topics can be portrait, product, macro, street, still life, interior etc… I will then break these genres down into bite sized portions and we will get a change to practice with a model if needed.
General Information on Learning Progression
The structure of workshops and course are generally classified like this:-
Basic - learning fundamentals and principals of photography + practice (loads of it) to understand and build a solid foundation
Intermediate - how to apply fundamentals specifically on to a genre of photography that you are interested in + practice (even more in specific area) to understand the variety of possibilities within that genre
Advance - project based within a specific genre to build a portfolio to sell, to publish a photo book, towards a possible exhibition, etc… This will be made up of mainly capturing, editing, curating, critiquing and repeat until you have reached your goal. This may last for at least 6 months to over 1 year period.
